Continue learning the joys of mountain biking with our experienced instructors! In this 3 hour course you build on various riding techniques, including body and pedal position, shifting, braking, climbing, descending, and navigating minor obstacles on the trail. Best suited for those who have been on a trail before but may be new or wanting to add to their foundations. We'll provide mountain bikes for students at no additional charge if needed. Recommended for those 14 and older; those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. This class is for those who are already comfortable riding a bike on some uneven terrain.
