Private SUP Yoga
Learn what equipment is required and how it works, what to be aware of at the dock and on/in the water, how to safely get on and off the board from the dock and from the water, how to fall, basic kneeing and standing balance techniques, basic strokes and turns. Total time on the water: approximately 1 hour. Also available as a private lesson
Learn stroking for power and for speed as well as more advanced turns. Try some fitness exercises and balance drills. We will attempt to cover a lot of ground (water actually)! Total time on the water: approximately 1 hour. Also available as a private lesson.
