This end of the week break to reset is a 60 minute session which includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!  Starts at 12:15pm
